My order itself was fine, but the staff I spoke with came across cold. The replies were short and didn’t really help much, which made the whole experience feel a bit awkward. It felt like a preventable issue if they’d just been a little more welcoming. I didn’t feel like a valued customer, so I probably won’t order from them again

We stayed here sometime in early summer, I think maybe June or July, and the beach was literally right there. It made everything so easy, especially coming and going without having to plan much. Really convenient spot

I parked here and the fees was fair, honestly. I didn’t feel like I got overcharged or anything, so that was nice.

I booked through the site and it was simple from start to finish. It didn’t take long at all, which I appreciated because sometimes these things have way too many steps or make you double-check a million different pages. The site loaded quickly for me, the pages worked the way they were supposed to, and I didn’t run into any weird errors or confusing sections. After I finished, the confirmation came through without any issue, so I wasn’t left wondering if the booking actually went through or not. Overall, it was an easy experience and a good start so far

We booked this for our anniversary, and the staff had a few little touches waiting in the room, which was so sweet. I’m being very calm and normal about it, but it did make the whole stay feel special. Dinner went smoothly too, and overall we just felt really taken care of without anything feeling too over the top.

I stayed at Opal Sands and, the room service ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. The food showed up faster than I expected and was still hot, which I always appreciate because that really should be the standard when you’re paying hotel prices.

The staff member who brought it up was friendly, polite, and just made the whole thing easy without any awkwardness. The prices were a little high, but that’s normal for a hotel, and at least the service and food were actually worth it. I’d happily give it 5 stars.

We stopped in for breakfast while we were staying nearby, it was just a really pleasant way to start the day. The food tasted fresh, the coffee was solid, and the staff were friendly without hovering or making it a whole thing. Funny how a good breakfast can sort of set the mood for the rest of the morning. Nothing fancy to complain about, just good food and an easy vibe.

I slept really well all night. The bed was so comfortable, I almost wondered if they’d just put in new mattresses or something, but either way it made the stay really nice.

We loved the pool area at Opal Sands. It was super clean, really easy to find chairs, and the view made it feel so relaxing. The staff came by enough to be helpful but not so much that it felt annoying, which I really appreciated. We spent most of our trip out there, to be honest. I’d definitely go back

The bathroom was "good" and everything worked as expected. I didn’t run into any issues, so overall it was a simple, hassle-free experience.

Brought my dog along and the staff were really relaxed about it, which made the visit feel easy and comfortable. Nothing fancy to overthink, just a nice chill experience overall.

In my opinion, the balcony view was definitely the highlight of the stay. I really enjoyed being able to step outside and take it all in. The room itself was okay, but to me it felt a little loud at times, so it wasn’t quite as relaxing as I’d hoped

Stayed here for a quick trip. Just two nights. the room was really comfortable. The bed was soft, but not that sink-into-it-too-much kind of soft. Pillows were good too, which I always notice. It was quiet at night, surprisingly quiet actually, and I slept great both nights. Everything felt clean, simple, easy. No complaints from me.

My snap judgment? It was worth it for me. I didn’t need to overthink it, after trying it out, I felt like I got what I paid for and I’m happy with it.

After payment I was a little unsure if the facilities would actually match what was promised, but the fitness room turned out to be fine. It was clean and not too busy when I went, with the basics I needed for a quick workout like treadmills, weights, and towels nearby. Nothing fancy, but everything worked and was easy to use...

We mostly booked this place for the view, that part did not disappoint. Waking up with the Gulf right outside was easily the best part of the trip and kind of made the whole stay worth it. I wasn’t expecting much from customer service, and I’m usually a little skeptical about how helpful they’ll actually be, so I was glad we didn’t really need them for anything. If you’re going for the scenery, it’s a solid pick.

Some days the cleaning was actually good, but other days it felt like barely anything was done. Come on now, I just expected it to be a little more consistent.

I just popped in for a quick check-in and, honestly, oh, the staff were really nice too. Everything was easy and smooth.
